Jeffrey was very attentive and helpful from day one. Walk through the entire lease process and explained everything thoroughly in detail. He even went out of his way to contact the tenant’s insurance claim representative to help with the direct payment process. When we contacted him, he always responded promptly and professionally. Even after the tenants moved in, he followed up with us to make sure everything was going smoothly.
